- Do you ship?
- Yes — free to the lower 48, straight from the warehouse to your door, typically arriving within 7–10 business days. We place your order with Heybike the next business day and email tracking as soon as it ships; if anything delays it past that window, we’ll contact you with the option of waiting or a full refund. Checkout is online, 24/7 — or call and we’ll take your order by phone.
- What’s the return policy?
- Shipped orders: 14 days from delivery, unridden (under 10 miles) and in the original packaging — a 15% restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer’s (e-bike batteries are regulated freight, which makes return shipping genuinely expensive). Once a ride’s been ridden, issues are handled under manufacturer warranty instead — call us and we’ll walk you through it. Pickup orders: full refund any time before pickup.
- Why buy from a dealer instead of ordering direct?
- For local pickup, we assemble, torque-check, and safety-prep the bike. Shipped bikes arrive boxed and need final assembly. Either way, you can call our Abilene shop for help with your order orask about service.
