- Shipped orders: 14 days from delivery, unridden (under 10 miles) and in the original packaging — a 15% restocking fee applies and return freight is the buyer’s (e-bike batteries are regulated freight, which makes return shipping genuinely expensive). Once a ride’s been ridden, issues are handled under manufacturer warranty instead — call us and we’ll walk you through it. Pickup orders: full refund any time before pickup.
